Player retention list announced

Warrington Town can confirm several players from the existing squad have agreed to remain with the club for the 2020-21 season.

Skipper Mark Roberts, winger Jack Mackreth and striker Josh Amis are among the players that will be part of manager Paul Carden’s squad once again whenever the new season is able to start.

Jack Dunn, Bohan Dixon, Jordan Buckley, Mitch Duggan and Adam Carden will also remain at Cantilever Park while left-back Tom Warren remains under contract having penned an 18-month deal with the club partway through the 2019-20 season.

Defender Matt Regan, who was registered by the club just before the season’s suspension, is also staying with the club.

Midfielder Dylan Vassallo and defender David Raven have been offered terms for next season while Fisayo Adarabioyo and Shaun Beeley have both been invited to re-join the squad for pre-season training.

Tony McMillan, Tony Gray, Luke Wall and Asher Nelson will all be leaving the club while loan players Scott Brown and Isaac Marriott have returned to their parent clubs.

The club would like to place on record our thanks to the departing players for their service to the club and wish them all the best for the future.
