2020/21 fixtures revealed

Warrington Town will start the season with a trip to Basford United on Saturday September 19.

The first home game will be against Gainsborough Trinity on Saturday September 26, swiftly followed by the visit of Atherton Collieries on Tuesday September 29.

Cheshire rivals Nantwich Town visit Cantilever Park on Tuesday October 20, while Boxing Day sees the Yellows visit Witton Albion – with the return fixture on Easter Monday.

The final game of the season is due to be played at home to Morpeth Town on Saturday May 8, with another Bank Holiday Monday game away at Bamber Bridge on Monday May 3.

The Yellows first FA Cup game will be on Tuesday September 22, in the first qualifying round, and if successful, the second qualifying round will take place on Saturday October 3, which would replace the scheduled league trip to Morpeth Town.

The season opener will be the Yellows’ first visit to Basford since December 2018, when Ben Garrity (2) and Tony Gray scored in a 3-2 win – while the only meeting last season ended in a 1-1 draw at Cantilever Park.
