Morpeth Town trip postponed

Warrington Town’s Northern Premier League trip to Morpeth Town has been postponed due to a frozen pitch. 

Although it was initially confirmed earlier in the day that the match would go ahead on the 4G playing surface, the decision was made to cancel the fixture around one hour before kick-off, in the interests of player safety.

A new date for the fixture will be announced in due course.

The Yellows are next in action on Saturday 17 December away at Atherton Collieries.
