Norwich City midfielder joins Yellows on loan

Warrington Town have signed attacking midfielder Dubem Eze on loan from Norwich City until the end of the season.

Eze, 19, spent seven years at Chelsea as a youngster and moved on to Derby at the age of 16, before arriving at Carrow Road in 2022.

Eligible to play for Nigeria, he has made six appearances in Premier League 2 for Norwich City’s Under 21s side this season after signing a professional contract at Carrow Road last summer.

He goes straight in to contention for Mark Beesley’s matchday squad to face Scunthorpe United at Cantilever Park on Saturday.

A large crowd is expected, with the away allocation already sold out, so fans are advised to arrive early.
