Play-off final ticket update

Warrington Town have now sold out of the available tickets online for Monday’s Northern Premier League play-off final.

A total of 2,000 tickets went on sale, first to Season Ticket Holders on Wednesday evening and then to Yellows email subscribers on Thursday evening. There was a limit of two tickets per ticket type.

We are aware that there will be some people disappointed at not being able to get tickets, but unfortunately demand outstrips supply.

Our Season Ticket Holders will always get a priority window for all-ticket matches, to thank them for their support and commitment to the club ahead of the season, which helps considerably with planning and moving forward.

The decision was made to make a second priority window for Yellows email subscribers, 84% of which have purchased tickets for games this season, to help ensure that as many tickets as possible went to regular, match going fans.

Such was the interest in tickets, they sold out before a general sale window was able to be opened.

If you are still seeking a ticket, please be vigilant as we are aware of a number of accounts trying to scam people via our Facebook page. These are being removed as quickly as possible.

If you have tickets that you can no longer use for whatever reason, please contact the club via james@warringtontownfc.co.uk and we will work to get these allocated to fans who want them.

The away allocation has been delivered to Bamber Bridge on Thursday and if any are returned, we will look to make them available ASAP.

There will be some soft segregation enforced during the game and in clearing the ground post-match following advice from Police, though entry to the ground will be through the same points for both sets of supporters. There will be searches taking place outside the ground also.

Please do not ring or attend the club asking for tickets, as there are none available. Abuse will not be tolerated.
