Pre-season trip to 1874 Northwich cancelled

Tuesday’s pre-season friendly away at 1874 Northwich has been cancelled.

The decision to cancel was made due to low player availability as a result of Covid-19, knocks and niggles from two games over the past seven days.

This means that the Yellows will next be in action on Saturday 30 July away at Buxton FC.

Mark Beesley’s side played out an entertaining 3-3 draw with the newly-promoted Bucks when the sides last met in January.

Town will begin the new campaign at home to Morpeth Town on Saturday 13 August, 3:00pm kick-off.
