Scarborough home game to be played on December 9

Warrington Town will play an extra home game in the run-up to Christmas, taking on Scarborough Athletic on Saturday 9 December at the UNIS Compliance Stadium.

The game was originally due to be played last Tuesday, but was postponed due to the Seadogs’ involvement in an FA Cup first round replay against Forest Green.

It will be the first meeting between the two sides since the Northern Premier League play-off final in 2022.

Season tickets are valid with it being a National League North game, as are any tickets purchased for the original date.

The game will now be one of three home games in December – together with the games against Tamworth (December 2) and Banbury United (December 23).
