Warrington Town can confirm the signing of midfielder Greg Tansey.
Tansey, 30, spent last season in the Scottish Premiership with St Mirren, having previously been with Aberdeen, Ross County and Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The Liverpudlian started his career at Stockport, making more than 100 appearances in a six-year spell.
Yellows boss Paul Carden said: “He’ll bring quality and goals from midfield to add to what we’ve got. He’s different – he has a range of passing that it’s fair to say we haven’t got.
“He’s that creative midfielder to add to the strength of our other midfielders and bring out the best in them. His technical ability and passing range is ridiculous.”
Tansey made his Yellows debut off the bench in the 1-1 draw at Radcliffe on Saturday.
He was recently registered with the league, alongside youngsters Thomas Warren and Elliot Richards.
Tansey will be sponsored by Warrington Sports Group.
