Bennett departs for FC United

Warrington Town can confirm that midfielder Aaron Bennett has signed for FC United of Manchester in the Northern Premier League.

After the club received a seven-day notice of approach from FC United, Bennett informed the club of his desire to take up the deal.

He joined the Yellows in the summer following his release by Preston North End and went on to make 20 appearances, scoring his only goal on his last appearance in the Cheshire Senior Cup win over Ashville.
